PHILO-RAIL™ is a cable-free, electrically powered rail robotics substrate that transforms existing pallet racking into a load-bearing robotic infrastructure. PHILO-COUNT™ and PHILO-STACK™ operate with onboard battery power and recharge through rail-mounted docking or inductive nodes that do not reduce aisle width. By eliminating forklift traffic within rack aisles, PHILO-RAIL™ integrates PHILO-BRACE™ structural stabilization—top-tie beams, rear spine bracing, and rail-node stiffeners—providing increased rack stability without replacing racking, altering load paths, or disrupting warehouse operations.
